Background and pain points
Compared with other water-related scenarios such as urban drainage pipe networks, pumping stations, and outlets, there are more people and vehicles flowing in the city's underground garages, basements, low-lying places, underpass tunnels, sunken roads and other waterlogging points, which intersect with people's production and life in geographical space. Some special points are not exposed to sunlight for a long time, and the air flow is poor and the humidity is high. It can be seen that the scenarios of waterlogging points are different, and the on-site working conditions are relatively complex, so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the different situations that may be encountered in various scenarios.
1) Mixed flow of rain and sewage, when the rainfall is heavy, the drainage pipe network can not bear the amount of drainage, and the sewage directly overflows from the mouth of the well, and flows to the street, causing flooding of the urban street area;
2) Due to the road design and construction reasons of the city, the uneven road surface forms a low-lying area, the road surface drainage is not smooth, and it is easy to cause water accumulation when it rains, forming waterlogging points;
3) Heavy rain in the flood season, a large amount of rainwater does not have time to divert from the road drainage facilities, and directly pours into the urban underground space, such as: subway stations, underground garages, shopping malls and other public areas, and the water level in the underground public areas rises rapidly, forming waterlogging in the underground public areas.
4) In the flood season, the water level of the urban landscape river or the flood control channel rises too fast, and the river water is supported, resulting in the overflow of the river, and the landscape wetlands on both sides of the river are all submerged and waterlogged.

Overview & Architecture
Features & Benefits
1. Dynamic monitoring. Monitor the water level and rainfall of waterlogging points such as low-lying roads, underpass overpasses and tunnels, and transmit the data to the urban waterlogging monitoring and early warning center and related supervision platforms in real time through wireless network transmission methods such as 4G/NB-lot.
2. Emergency preparedness. Combined with the rain gauge and meteorological forecast information installed on site, the development trend of the site is predicted, and the flood control and flood prevention materials are prepared in advance to strengthen the existing infrastructure.
3. Display of working conditions. Through the LED display, the water level value or warning information such as "allow traffic", "cautious pass", "prohibit traffic" and so on. Remind vehicles to detour in time to prevent vehicles from gathering and affecting road traffic.
4. Video monitoring and remote assistance. Through remote control, the on-site video screen can be viewed in real time and in multiple directions, and the hazard alarm flashing lights and emergency voice intercom can be turned on for dangerous conditions, so as to achieve information exchange with on-site personnel.
5. Joint commissioning of pumping stations. The water monitoring points of overpasses and tunnels can be linked with local drainage pumping stations to automatically control the start and stop of drainage pumping units according to the water level.
6. Intelligent access control. Relying on the existing stop pole and automatic road pile, combined with the existing water level data, the drop of the stop pole can be automatically controlled, and the road pile can be raised to ensure that personnel and vehicles cannot enter the waterlogged area.
7. System data storage. The system software has the functions of map display, data storage, data query, data statistics, curve analysis, etc., which provides data support for later urban development and transformation.
8. Alarm information push. If the water level is too high and the equipment is abnormal, the system will automatically alarm, and automatically send an alarm text message to the mobile phone of the person responsible. Relying on the existing operator platform to realize mass SMS, remind dangerous road points, and avoid detours in time.
