Background and pain points
With the world's water resources becoming increasingly scarce, irrigation management has become essential in modern agriculture. However, the traditional water level monitoring methods in irrigation areas have problems such as insufficient accuracy, cumbersome manual recording and poor real-time data, which cannot meet the needs of smart water and smart water conservancy development. Pain points faced by many irrigation districts include:
Inaccurate data: Traditional water level monitoring methods rely on manual observations, which have human error and recording delays, resulting in inaccurate water level data.
Low monitoring frequency: Manual monitoring is not only time-consuming, but also infrequent monitoring, which cannot reflect changes in water level in a timely manner, affecting irrigation decisions.
Lack of real-time monitoring: The lack of online monitoring means makes it impossible to monitor and warn the water level in real time, resulting in potential water waste and drought risks.
High maintenance costs: Traditional equipment has a high failure rate and high maintenance and replacement costs.

Overview & Architecture
The radar water level gauge of Hangzheng Technology is a device that uses advanced radar technology to accurately measure the water level without contact, and is suitable for real-time monitoring of various water bodies. The monitoring scheme is structured as follows:
On-site radar water level meter: Through the radar water level meter installed in the water body of the irrigation area, the continuous monitoring of the water level and the collection of water level data are realized.
Data transmission module: The data collected by the water level meter in real time is transmitted to the data center through a wireless network or wired network.
Data processing platform: The data center uses cloud computing and big data analysis technology to process and analyze the collected water level data.
Monitoring and early warning system: The supporting monitoring system will display the water level data in real time and issue early warning information in time when the water level is abnormal.
Features & Benefits
Non-contact measurement: The radar water level gauge adopts the non-contact measurement principle, which avoids the problem that the traditional measurement method is affected by environmental factors and ensures the accuracy of the measurement.
High precision and high frequency: The radar water level gauge has the characteristics of high accuracy (±1cm) and high frequency (second update) to adapt to the needs of rapidly changing water level monitoring.
Remote monitoring and management: Through the data transmission module, users can realize remote management of multiple monitoring points and improve work efficiency.
Intelligent data analysis: With the data processing platform, big data analysis can provide data support for irrigation decisions, achieve precise irrigation, and improve water resource utilization.
