Project Overview

The emergency plan for flood control, drought, wind and frost prevention in Guangdong Province is to improve the flood prevention, drought, wind and freeze prevention and disaster reduction system, aiming to improve the ability of emergency rescue and disaster relief, effectively prevent flood, drought, wind and freeze disasters, and minimize casualties and property losses. Guangdong Province adheres to the scientific study and judgment of the evolution of floods, and strengthens the system of forecasting, early warning, rehearsal, and emergency planning. Accurately predict floods in advance and help finely dispatch important flood control projects in major river basins.


The Guangdong Provincial Hydrological Bureau and the Hydrological Bureaus in Maoming, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, and Foshan have all equipped a considerable number of aeronautical radio wave velocity meters, which have become the standard products for local emergency monitoring. He was also invited to carry out professional training in hydrological emergency flood control and drought relief at the Qingyuan Hydrological Branch of Guangdong Province.
