Project Overview

The "5+1" project of hydrological flood control includes the "five major projects" and the new "hydrological short-board project", of which the "five major projects" refer to the forecast double improvement project, the communication double support project, the station network optimization project, the directly subordinate station demonstration project and the comprehensive platform project, and the "hydrological short-board project" is the ability to cope with super typhoons, heavy rains and floods.


Through the navigation flow measurement equipment, nearly 1,100 online flow measurement stations such as the main stream control section, the confluence of the main and tributary streams, the backbone drainage outlet of the plain, the inflow and flood control control section of the Dazhong Reservoir, the administrative handover section of each city and county, as well as all reservoirs and all mountainous administrative villages are fully covered, and the requirements of emergency flood control and Taiwan prevention are realized at the same time.

This project comprehensively upgrades the real-time online monitoring capability of Zhejiang hydrology for the main stream, tributaries, drainage outlets, reservoirs and other water conditions, realizes the goal of informatization and intelligent hydrological management, and solves and improves the reliability of drought flow monitoring data, the timeliness of emergency water reporting, the practicability of flow monitoring equipment, and the outstanding application problems such as maintenance-free and unmanned attendance.
